as Tract 6A containing 5 acres.
Legal Description
The subject property is identified by the Danville Tax Assessors
Office as "NO 6A (5.00 AC) CANE CREEK BOULEVARD & EDS
WAY", Parcel ID: 77394. A detailed legal description is located
in Will Book 08 31 and Deed Book 820-576 as found in the Clerk's
Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Danville, Virginia.
Recent Ownership Record
The unimproved site was purchased in 1987 for a reported consideration
